Preconditions for signing the contract
For the proper functioning of the R8 Digital Operator, the Customer undertakes to comply
throughout the duration of the Agreement, with the following conditions:
The Customer ensures that there is an adequate internet connection in the Premises to which R8 has been granted access.
The Customer sets up BMS (SCADA system) access to R8 with administrator rights.
The Customer will give R8 access to the technical design documentation and energy consumption data of the building.
The Customer forwards the contacts of the building manager(s) for successful cooperation.
The Customer ensures that there is an adequate internet connection in the Premises to which R8 has been granted access.
The Customer sets up BMS (SCADA system) access to R8 with administrator rights.
The Customer will give R8 access to the technical design documentation and energy consumption data of the building.
The Customer forwards the contacts of the building manager(s) for successful cooperation.
Joining R8 Digital Operator ensures daily savings
To optimise the building's energy consumption, we use the R8 Digital Operator, which tunes the building's technical systems to work in the most optimal way to achieve the desired indoor climate. To achieve energy efficiency, the R8 Digital Operator uses the building's inertia, information on intensity of use and monitors electricity exchange prices to consume the minimum amount of energy needed at the right time. In this way, we will achieve significant savings that will meet the European Commission's emergency energy saving requirements.
